4. Subscription & fees

Paid plans, where applicable, are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

We strive to keep Uzhathunai available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

6. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
